My journey has been shaped by both personal and professional challenges. As a mother of four, I balanced the responsibilities of raising a family with building businesses and managing full-time work. Along the way, I navigated the deeply personal experiences of breast cancer and, after 37 years of marriage, divorce.
These life chapters led me to a powerful realization: self-love and self-worth are not just concepts—they are lifelines. Embracing them helped me heal and ultimately led me to the most grounded and loving relationship I’ve ever experienced.
Today, I support women in reconnecting with their inner strength, gaining clarity, and building lives rooted in confidence and purpose. My coaching is a partnership—one that honors your unique story and empowers your next chapter.
